Practice Tonight; Uniform Information; Scheduling Squads for Upcoming Games; Revised Roster

Dear Team: 

 

Practice This Afternoon:  Please remember that the team has a practice this evening at Hutchinson School Field from 4:15 p.m. until 5:45 p.m.   If you have not already done so, please reply and let me know if your player CANNOT make this evening's practice.     

 

Uniforms:  Here is the latest update on uniforms for those who do not have theirs from last year:  the shorts may be ready, but the jerseys are not yet ready.  The 14u team picked up its shorts last night.  (I am awaiting confirmation that we can pick ours up today.  Noreen Carey has told us that the jerseys MAY be ready for pick up on Wednesday, but it is not certain.)

 

Scheduling Squads for Upcoming Games:  The coaches are working feverishly to assess the players and split them into squads to attend the first three games.  As players' availabilities for the next few games have changed in the last few days, I repeatedly have forwarded multiple revised availability lists to the coaches who are charting their squads this morning and may be able to set squads as early as today.  Immediately thereafter, I will send an urgent email asking all who are scheduled for each of the next three games to confirm their availability.  For this to work smoothly for our players I will need immediate confirmation from each player's parents. 

 

Revised Roster:  The roster has been further revised to reflect additional changes to the makeup of the team and a new copy is attached. (Please remember that the roster is the only team document that is not posted to the team Web site for privacy reasons.)
